Tuesday @ LIC

Another polar bear plunge - but this time Eliya and Kirstie joined Gabie

Monday @ LIC

What an incredible day!  The Lake family met up with us in Battle Lake so that we could keep Kirstie for a few days at camp.  (thank you thank you!!!!) It was great to catch up even briefly and the girls didn't know about it so the look on their faces when the Lakes walked into Grannie's ice cream parlor was PRICELESS! 
 Gabie was our brave one this year to do the polar plunge each morning.  Here she is saluting the different directions.

 We thought it was pretty cool that there was another town that had Battlers for their mascot (although in Gburg it's a muscular bunny)
 We got back to camp just in time to swim for a bit before our pontoon ride

 After the beach we came back and the Lakes had sent presents for the girls that the opened.
 
 
 
 After supper it was back to the beach since evening program was a beach party!
 Sand castle building contest - they made the olympic rings sand castle.
 
 
 I think they even won a prize!
