NASA!

On Monday we visited NASA space center.  What a fun place!  I honestly think the adults enjoyed it more then the kids did, but they had fun too.

I think we wore these girls out!!!!

Family Time

We had plans for Memorial Day Monday so we decided to have some family time on Sunday, grilling and just hanging out at nana and papa's house.  At one point all the girls had piled on Mark in the chair and right when I went to take this picture Eliya fell out - turned out to be a pretty funny shot!

Maiden Voyage!

While Micaiah napped in my lap (the chair we sat in faces the window with the beautiful view of the lake), the other 4 took the kayak out for it's first trip on the water (only one kid with Mark at a time though).  They had a blast and we are certainly enjoying our new "toy".

Birthday Party!

Gabie's best friend from school had her birthday party at the Sonic playground.  They invited all the girls to come and they had a lot of fun!

Afterwards we had a very sad/tired Micaiah!  Thankfully she fell asleep shortly after this picture was taken and took a nice nap in my lap!

Proud Parents!!!!

So this is one of those proud parent posts where I get to brag up on the girls a little :)  Today was awards day at school.  The girls all got special awards for what makes them special in their class.  In addition Rachel also got the music award, but the best part was that all 3 girls got the Citizenship Award for their class!  We were so proud of them!  What a special day  :)

Exploring Huntsville

We have finally started having the chance to explore our town a bit more now that we're all healthy and together.  We had heard about a fun snow cone place and decided to check it out.  There were some neat stone benches and chairs by it and the girls had fun exploring and climbing all over the place, and of course eating their snow cones!

German Fest!

We found a poster advertising for a German Fest in Deanville, TX and decided to go.  We first went to church in College Station and then drove on from there.  We honestly thought that perhaps the town didn't exist (at least it wouldn't show up on our GPS) but thankfully we found it!  It was quite warm out and we had a fun afternoon.
